Forty years ago, I faced my lowest point,  thinking I would ever rise to embrace health, success and happiness. I battled life's challenges, from stress and anxiety.  It was tough.  

I made the choice to anchor in on a self-healing journey.  And the end result for me was to become the best most loving, healthy, coach and spiritual being version of myself.
